These Terms govern the use of the 75 Day mobile application ("App") and https://unbroken75.com, provided by Must Have Apps SIA ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
75 Day is a challenge tracker: five daily tasks for up to 75 consecutive days, with optional witness accountability (partner, squad, or season). It is a motivational tool — it does not provide medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. 75 Day is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trademarked program.
The challenge involves intense daily exercise, dietary rules, and high water intake. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, or take medication. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience adverse symptoms. You take part at your own risk.
An account is optional and required only for backup and witness features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 13 years old; if under 18, you need parental or guardian consent.
Partner, squad, and season modes share limited challenge status with the people you link or group with (see the Privacy Policy). In Linked Fate mode, a missed day restarts both partners — by linking you accept this rule. Be respectful: we may terminate accounts used to harass others.
75 Day Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before you buy.
Auto-renewal (Apple App Store and Google Play): an auto-renewing subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price of the plan you selected. You can manage or cancel your subscription, or turn off auto-renew, in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs until it expires. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
We may issue promo codes that unlock 75 Day Pro for a limited or lifetime period. Promo codes are limited in number, non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money. A code may expire, may be limited to a single redemption per account, and may be revoked if it was issued in error or is used in breach of these Terms. Promo codes are not provided or serviced by Apple or Google.
You may not reverse-engineer the App, abuse the service, disrupt other users, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
The App, its design, and content are owned by Must Have Apps SIA. Your challenge data remains yours.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including injuries or losses arising from participation in the challenge.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
